About Us

Founded in 2000, ResQSoft has built a reputation as a resourceful and reliable software development firm capable of undertaking large, complex, and often unconventional projects. Serving both the public and private sectors, we have a history of living up to our name (“Rescue-soft”) by providing professional development and consulting services on challenging projects to DoD and the Department of Education, as well as companies like Freddie Mac and GMAC.

ResQSoft’s success is based on a foundation of advanced technology and superior personnel. Our proprietary tool suite, ResQSoft® Engineer, enables us to leverage our development teams to develop and redevelop software in rapid fashion. The story of ResQSoft is a narrative of fresh methodologies meeting compelling technologies. The summary of this tale is, satisfied clients.

Legacy Modernization with Updates and Enhancements

From the beginning, ResQSoft has been focused on the science of rapidly developing and redeveloping code. Because we can write fresh code, rather than translating old code, we give you the ability to make needed changes and enhancements, not just bringing forward the same old functionality with no improvements.

With the enabling technology in place, ResQSoft created a modern methodology that respects the need for controls in software development/redevelopment projects, while greatly accelerating the process. Cutting normal schedules in half (or better) allows our clients to keep pace with today’s rapidly changing IT requirements. Just as importantly, ResQSoft’s methodology isn’t dependent upon an army of software engineers. Our technology, Engineer, drives the methodology by enabling one developer to do the work of five or more for many kinds of tasks. The end result is enormous cost and time savings, along with low defect rates from reusable code.

At ResQSoft, high performance, rapid delivery and best value pricing are ingrained professional habits. We can succeed for your organization, too!

ResQSoft® – Empowering Intelligent Modernization

Maintainable, Secure Code thru Automation — for Modernization or New Development!

Unlike wholesale code generators, the ResQSoft tools write fresh, commented, high quality Java or .NET code that is maintainable by any good developer. Maintainability makes our software the best value! The defect rates in our reusable code are very low, as well. Our Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach ensures that our code can easily be modified and interfaced to external systems. Most projects are completed in less than a year. Developers at Booz Allen measured a factor of 4 productivity improvement. We can almost always cut the time and cost in half, compared to hand coding — and development can be funded in a single year budget cycle.

We’re here to help you modernize your old software with maintainable code!

This page is dedicated to some of our longstanding team members, who work together to bring you the most affordable, rapid legacy modernization tools and services in the industry. Out of our full team of key contributors, these folks are the outward facing part of ResQSoft, and we’ve had a number of requests for pictures and biographies. We are not just management team members here at ResQSoft, we are an integrated team and everybody does his or her part. Our customers’ satisfaction is our highest priority.

Our management approach has evolved along with our software. We’ve instituted controls and procedures to improve our execution, including establishing a Business Advisory Council with diverse representation and deep management experience.

Our mission remains to produce nothing but the best quality code, affordably: full, object-oriented, properly structured source code with nothing held back. We beat all the rest, give us a call or email.

He’s stayed very much involved with modern programming trends and often interprets legacy languages to our Python and Java development teams. He provides the technical direction for the evolution of the Engineer tool set, but also spends time talking with customers and prospects.
